I just don't understand the meaning of love. When he left me, I tried to move on. But when I think of him daily, am I really over us?

My boyfriend has no idea that I still think of my ex. Nor do I think we've ever talked about anything important or meaningful. Its all compliments, which I think is the sign of a player. And I know Im not in love with him yet. And Im not sure I will ever be. But I am afraid of being alone in this world.

Guys always compliment me; saying im hot, gorgeous, cute, sexy. But that has no sign of affection to me. It just shows they wanna bang me. Maybe thats how all guys are, single-minded and sex driven. Or maybe its just the ones i meet. Why can't I just talk about something REAL, something that actually means anything. Or maybe even I just want to know how they are and where they grew up. I AM a sexual person, but that doesnt mean I am sex-driven. Ive never had sex and nor will I bang anyone anytime soon.

So when do you know you cross the line from like to love?
When can you tell you've found the one person in the world that is your other identity? 

Why is it that we are judged based on the music we listen to? If you listen to Escape the Fate or Drop Dead, Gorgeous everyone assumes you're either emo or scene. If you listen to anything on MTV you're prep. And if anything you listen to has to do with rap, you're a "gangster". I listen to every type of music, so what does that make me? RETARDED? Social status is nothing but a label. Don't try to be someone you're not. Listen to whatever the hell you want to, dress how you want to, and hang out with whoever the hell makes you happy.
